Legacy River Roasters is a quality-oriented coffee roaster in Amery, WI. Being a small roastery allows us the luxury of focusing on quality control at every turn. All of our coffee beans are single origin and selected from small family run farms to bring out a variety of flavors for different brewing methods. We roast in small batches and promptly packaged in quality bags to ensure maximum freshness. We pride ourselves on providing fair trade coffee that is freshly roasted for each order.
As a start up company we are in the process of selecting coffee beans from different family run farms around the world to provide unique flavor profiles in every cup. Check back often for additional products that will become available as we perfect each roast. |
More Than Coffee
Some may wonder why we decided to start a coffee roasting business in the small community of Amery, WI. While we love coffee, and aim to provide an exceptional product to our customers, our passion for coffee comes from a much more personal place. Our focus on coffee comes from a desire to strengthen community, tradition, hospitality, and daily rituals that rejuvenate our wellbeing. Coffee creates community and a gathering place for old friends to catch up, congregations to connect, and a way for co-workers to rejuvenate. For many people, daily rituals that surround coffee are a form of wellbeing. A time to meditate and gather your thoughts, or say your prayers before the day begins. It is a daily ritual that connects people from all regions of the world. We hope our coffee can play a small part in your daily rituals, traditions, and community.

Straight From the Farm
Our mission is to support small, family run coffee farms. By purchasing coffee from Legacy River you can ensure every cup of coffee is helping improve the lives of families and communities thousands of miles away. When we purchase beans, we look for single origin beans, pay fair trade prices, and select from small family run coffee farms and organizations who provide insurance, medical services, education and healthcare to their workers. We don't just look for unique flavor profiles, we also look for farms that are dedicated to improving their family and communities quality of life. On each product page, you can learn about the farms and communities you are supporting by purchasing their coffee.

Coffee With a Cause
Part of our mission at Legacy River is to positively impact the community we live in, and the local communities from which we purchase coffee beans. To attain our mission we will dedicate a minimum of 20% sales to local and international non-profit organizations.
